ORDERS
After you have placed an order, we will send you an Order Confirmation by email. Once your order has been sent, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation. If an item is unavailable or out of stock, we will contact you shortly by e-mail. By placing an order on www.jaanahaaksiluoto.fi you certify that the purchase is for your personal use only.
SIZING AND COLORS
Our sizing is based on Scandinavian sizes. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on our webshop reflect the colours of the items in reality. It is possible, that the colours can look different on your computer screen depending on your screen and computer settings.
SHIPPING
All orders in Finland will be delivered by Posti and orders to other countries by DHL. You can also pick up your order in Liike, Fredrikinkatu 24, Helsinki. When you pick up your order, there are no shipping costs. When you choose to pick up your order from Liike, we keep the orders ready for you for 14 days.
The shipping costs are as follows:
Collect from Liike, Fredrikinkatu 24, Helsinki: free of charge
Finland: EUR 10. The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days.
EU countries (excluding Finland): EUR 20. The estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days.
Countries outside of EU: EUR 30. The estimated delivery time is 4-12 business days.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices in the online shop are in euros and include the Finnish VAT 24%. Finnish VAT is included regardless of the shipping address.
Please note that orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to taxes and import customs, which are applied once your delivery reaches your country. We, (jaanahaaksiluoto) are not accountable for any possible import taxes and/or duties. Please contact your local customs service for further information. If you refuse to accept the delivery and it causes jaanahaaksiluoto additional costs, jaanahaaksiluoto has the right to deduct such costs from the amount refunded to you.
