RETURNS

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return purchased items within 14 days from the date you receive them.

The returned products must be returned complete, undamaged and unused in their original packaging. After we have received and accepted the returned item, we will issue a refund following your method of payment. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.

Before sending us any returns, contact us by email info@jaanahaaksiluoto.fi. Please save the shipping receipt for your records. Note that only items received by us can be processed and refunded. jaanahaaksiluoto is not responsible for any damage or loss of product during return delivery.

SHIPPING

All orders in Finland will be delivered by Posti and orders to other countries by DHL. You can also pick up your order in Liike, Fredrikinkatu 24, Helsinki.

When you pick up your order, there are no shipping costs. When you choose to pick up your order from Liike, we keep the orders ready for you for 14 days.

The shipping costs are as follows:

Collect from Liike, Fredrikinkatu 24, Helsinki: free of charge

Finland: EUR 10. The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days.

EU countries (excluding Finland): EUR 20. The estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days.

Countries outside of EU: EUR 30. The estimated delivery time is 4-12 business days.
